problem with "Xhelp" module

I have problem with "XHELP" module.
When user sending ticket with file include mimtype "doc". We can not open file ".doc".
Microsoft word open that file with other format text that unable read file.
when open file with Micro soft word give message ( under picture ).
I think when "xhelp" module change file name, format file" doc" is changing also.
Please help me.

That sounds more like a coruption in upload. Try other extension type. Tell user to not upload .doc but to zip it rar it or archive it first and then upload.

Don't know xHelp module though.
