Setting the standard timezone is done within your admin area.
Users who register will get that timezone, unless they change the timesetting themselve within their userprofile.
At least that is what I know/think....

What should be the code if it concerns a specific usergroup ID?
Let's say usergroup: trouper (groupID = 5)

I would prefer to exclude a usergroup ID instead of users.
You can create a usergroup in which you put that/those users who don't have permission to send PM's.
Let's say usergroup ID 5 is the group that isn't alowed to send PM's/
Now as for my question:
What code should be used and where -which file(s) to place?
Something with usergroup that's all I know.
Some pointing out would be great!

Classifieds is very good too, but ads are deleted when they expire. With CatAds you can revive them for another period.

Expired, than whoppa the add should be removed. Otherwise younget a bunch of old non active ads within your admin area.
Before the add expires the person gets a warning msg (as far as I remember) That way they have time to expose the add longer. But again. that is what I remember.
If not,.......perhaps a nice feature request for classifieds?
