Understanding xoops.js?

Hey,
I'm a little confused about xoops.js. I have a menu bar that drops down, which is DHTML. I tried inserting a js line, poniting to my own .js file, and it came up with some error.
So I put it in the theme.html (I know bad idea!)
I noticed that throughout the xoops.js, functions were called.
How do I call functions, they all have a starting line, and THEN the JS code.
My JS code is just well, code. I'm a little confused.
How would I go about this and put it in the xoops.js file.

I guess, I should tell you, that it is a Queer Gay Youth website. There is no porno, and it's strictly kept G, if your wondering.

But anyways, take a look.

Problems I'm having it right now, is the mouse over window DHTML, is aligning itself to the left in Firefox and other browsers. If anyone could help me out. Would appricate it.

But yeah, hope you like my theme, I spent heaps of time on it.

WF-faq download link?

I know it's not supported anymore.
But does anyone have a link for it?
I can't find a download link for it everywhere, tried all sites, this site, and google. no avil.

Any help would be appricated.

IPM (Invision Board) does'nt use GZIP, nor does Xoops. They're both disabled, and I don't know why it's giving me errors in this case, if nothing is using Gzip.
I'll figure it out.

Can anything conflict with GZIP?
Also, what did you mean by "I just use a PHP accelerator/cache and avoid the gzip issues. Worth a try to see what works for you."

Where can I find these?

GZIP and Xoops!

Hi.
I was wondering how do I set my site up to run on GZIP? I asked my provider, and he said that it's only done by a command line, not a php module. He also ponited out that it was at: /usr/bin/gzip
But when I turn GZIP on for XOOPS or the IPM mod it generates errors.
Is it a php moduele? I'm a bit confused about the topic.

Problems with WF-Sections and WF-Channel.

I'm having problems with both Modules.
We have about 30 articles on WF-Sections, from about 20 articles it reverted to "allarticles.php". This php page, ALWAYS times out, and sometimes, it will reload, and there will be no articles there, but mostly 404s.
It's annoying, beacause I was used to the system before it changed over.
is there a way to get the old simple article managment section back?
Why is allarticles.php working this way?

Also, the bar for the articles gives an index.php?, and follows the wrong page to the wrong section. I followed the helpfile that was given, and STILL get the bar poniting to index.php, after updating the modules, clearing c_templates, and everything.

Also, in WF-Channel, I set a page to "no Comments" but the comment button still shows up! =/

Hm. Not showing up.
Re did wf_topics.php, cleared canhe, and cleared c_templates. Does'nt work.
Still index.php?
