I've noticed that pretty often when I try to access my forums, I get error 500 - internal server error.
I host with GoDaddy.com - is this possible they somehow cause it by backing up database or anything of this sort?

I am developing a new site (www.atomsworld.com), and I am using sev_zero theme. The problem is that the main page looks ok, but when I click on any other page, the theme takes a bit more than the whole screen.

I guess the problem is somewhere in css, but I really don't understand in it. Is there anybody here who assist me with it?

Could you answer here or ICQ: 3675161, MSN: elibaskin@gmail.com.

Thank you!

What content module to choose?

Hi,

I am creating another XOOPS site, and I need a content module which will allow me to post scientific articles. There is a catch, though. I need the module to be able to classify the articles by the level of knowledge needed to understand the article, and display all the articles by date or level of knowledge.

I wonder if anybody stumbled upon such module.

Thank you in advance!

When I turn on caching with NewBB2, in a matter of a few minutes the display of the forums gets fubared:
Resized Image

What can I do about it? How can I solve it?

Heh, came back now to see I've almost caused civil war here.

Anyway, I am learning now how to code modules, but I thought that dynamic profiles is core feature, so I suggested it.

Sorry if I offended someone or anything.

How do I display all the results (IE all the members) in one page, and not break it into pages of 20 members per page?

Thank you on the compliments :)

Right now the fields are:
Nickname, name, email, URL, time zone, ICQ, AIM, YIM, MSNM, Location, Occupation, Interest, signature, etc.

If I wanted to add a field, I would have to do atleast the following steps:
1. Changing manually the structure of users table in the database.
2. Changing the way the details displayed on various pages.
3. Adding checks to see if the field is mandatory or not.

Dynamic profile is when you can do all of the above in a few clicks. For example, if I wanted to add Skype field to that list, and remove several other fields, I'd have to go to admin panel, click on dynamic profile page, and do the changes in a few clicks (adding new field, marking if it is mandatory, removing other fields, etc).

This is something XOOPS should implement, in my opinion, because a lot of sites need other details to be filled in the user profile than the default details given.

Of course, all the things could be done when you dig into the code, but ideally, it should be a few clicks away.

I remember someone from the development talking about it a while ago (half a year or so), so I was wondering if it will be implemented anytime soon.

Thank you very much!

I wonder when dynamic profiles will be implemented. I think it is a crucial feature that will make a lot of websites to be more suited for their customers needs, making XOOPS more attractable.

In addition, I want to thank all the XOOPS developers for all the time they spend developing the modules and the core.

Thank you!

The header, where it says 'DuneMUD' in weird letters, and under it 'dune.servint.com:6789'. That picture. And it's above the Main Menu.
