Well thanks to Simon, search works now.
It had to be enabled in the modinfo.php .
Also the search.php in the include folder of Xcenter has an error in the sql query to search for the keywords and it needed to be fixed also, otherwise you get no results.

If someone need specifics, let me know.

Well it seemed my problem was caused by the Xcenter plugin for TAG. Also.. it seems that XOOPS tag does not load the constants from a module, so you get errors and no info on the actual tags in viewtag.php I manually added the missing constants from xnews and xcenter, then it worked.
There still seems to be a bug in the plugin for Xcenter, as it does not return all the information for a tag to the TAGmodule. (like a title and text, very annoying as I can't figure out how to get it to work..)

Sounds like the queries to the sql database are send as numeric numbers instead of texts.
Would be good if Trabis took a peek here.

Hi friends
I use the tag module from @trabis v.2.30 for news 1.6.5 and the forum module 4.0.3 beta from the german community. I found a problem and can not understand why this error comes now, i did not see it before or earlier.

If i send some tags with a topic (in both modules) and the tag have numbers (ex. a123) and i click at the topic on a tag, the module shows me "Invalid query".

If i take only words it works fine. I turn the debug mode, but there comes no warnings.

Anyone the same problem or any suggestions?

Interesting, currently also working on a Martial Arts website and theme. Small world :)

Anywhow. Nice website Simon! And ow.. I noticed you have the same issue with tags as I do. When clicking on them it does not show any results.. just the name of the tag. Can't figure out why that is happening.
Also.. tags created from Xcenter have a wrong url added to it. So clicking on them gives a page not found error. (not using SEO).

Last one, but I don't know if you can help there Simon.. the cpdf creates nice PDF's when its only text, but if it is a simple table with two colums (50%) and one row, it smashes the rows to each 10%.

And Simon, just noticed that on xoops 2.4.5 Xcenter is not used in the global XOOPS search. Any idea why?

Cheers,
Charly

I also encounter problems with the TAG feature.
Tags are supported by the modules I use XCenter and Xnews.
Tags in Xcenter are not redirected propperly but I'll ask Simon for that.

When clicking on a tag in the Tag main screen I just get a breadcrumb but no results.
Any idea ?

Have a look here :http://www.curavista.nl/site/modules/tag/list.tag.php

When the site is fully done, I'll post a YAXS newsitem, but I need tags working :S

Unfortunately XOOPS 2.5 is not an option as yet. Provider will not upgrade to php 5.2 untill 3rd quarter this year.

Nevertheless, I've found a way around this, so I'm not in need of an answer no longer.

Thanks for the response though!
And thanks Kris for those links!

Hi!

Dunno why, but I can't seem to expand CKeditor's toolbar besides the default settings.
Using config.js to add global changes, but alas.. it doens't work.
In my case I'm adding a image- and filemanager (http://tinymce.moxiecode.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=20280 )
and it should be really easy, but it isn't working.

Is there some other config I need to change since it is called from withing XOOPS ?

If anyone has any tips, I welcome them wholehearted.

Thanks,
Charlot

The script follows the XOOPS login and security checks and holds no data.
It is basically working as a module, but just no interface.

Requests comes in.. scripts checks to see if the user is authorized and ifso it acts.
