hello hardy,..

try using
*{
scrollbar-face-color: #E7EEF4;
scrollbar-arrow-color: #2B3034;
scrollbar-track-color: #D8E0E8;
scrollbar-shadow-color: #D8E0E8;
scrollbar-highlight-color: #D8E0E8;
scrollbar-3dlight-color: #D8E0E8;
scrollbar-darkshadow-Color: #E7EEF4;
}
instead of putting it in the body{}

sometimes IT WORKS...

hello friends of xoops,

with the new theme ofhttp://xoopsfactory.com i tried to arrange the blocks in a different way. What do xou think of it ?

the centerblocks [left and right] are used on the bottom of the startpage. To change the headerimage and some style, i used a script which i found here in a post from skalpa.

It has been an idee an this is the first realisation of this. thanks again to herko who enables my wish to arrange the news in a block! with images of topics, title and the introtext each but without calling the <{contents}> ..

I think it#s a good beginning of thinking a different way of displaying content and it shows the flexibility of xoops.
but remember...
it#s just the beginning.....

Please give me your comments
Thanks for all and i [xoopsfactory.com] wish you a merry christmas but i will be HERE though..

from GERMANY
michael...

i actually use near the same script which you#ve posted days before in order to display different images at the header, and it works fine...

thanks again...

hello ah_boy...

make a clone [copy] of the default templateset in admin -> templatemanager, name it as you like it an then you#re allowed to make changes to this templateset.

but,.. don#t forget to activate the "new" templateset in admin -> preferences as well to see your changes...

hello djsckizo,

normally it#s simple .. please change the lines as i told above ....

-change your body tag
<body style="text-align:center;">

-fill in div tag after the body tag
<div style="width:800px;margin:0px auto;text-align:left;">

-close div tag before the </body> tag
</div>

that SHOULD work!

some lines in your style.css which may cause your problem:

quote:
body {color: black; background: #D9E3F3; center; width: 800px}

- delete center;[missing align:?] put,place ";" after 800px

table {width: 100%; margin: 5 5; padding: 5 5; font-size: small}

- delete width:100%; put, place ";" after small

hope this will help

michael
