You are not allowed to read Default level articles

i ave istalled AMS content module, i have set permissions for visitors. but althought i have set them, i am getting this error when click a topic "You are not allowed to read Default level articles", how can i solve this :/

AMS module has a big problem :(

Hello all users, I have installed AMS. When i change language from turkish to english, moulde is working correctly, but when i change to turkish, page is becoming a white blank thing.

What's the matter ? :/

i tried to use these codes but they didn't effect in theme.html

how can i use theme.php ?

our theme files are html files but i need to use php for somethings.

when i try to use theme.php, all smarties are not working as normally. So i couldn't use theme.php, so i tried to use php codes in html file but it didn't work again normally. you will say "change .htaccess" but server is IIS web server..

So how can i use php in theme.html or if i do theme.php, how will smarty codes work ?

I couldn^t solve my problem.
i do everything and uploaded .htaccess file to root but i am taking same error :The requested document was not found on this server.

i could change this but at this time, when i click newmodulename, i am having "The requested document was not found on this server. "

What's the problem do you think ? will i upload .htaccess file to everywhere ?

i read two documentations and thanks for all people trying to help but i have to ask
Where must i put "xoRewriteModule.ini.php" file and "xoRewriteHtaccess.ini.php" file?
can somebody explain it step to step ?
