I just moved my site to a new host, uploaded my old site and database and everything works fine except for my message boards which is cbb 3.07.

My recent posts blocks now show posts from 2006/9/14 and my categories and forums are listed but when you click on them none of the posts show up... I have clicked "Sync Forums" a couple of times.

It says 'Got error 34 from storage engine.'

Can anyone help me figure this out? I have the XOOPS 2.0.16 and cbb 3.07 and the latest frameworks. Thanks

There is XOOPS word censor list built into it, in the prefrences...there is also a very large list of these we collected in our Zoops downloads on our site...

Yet as for only certain user being able to sell Via-gra or Zan-tak ect its better, none do

Well it really has nothing to do with people using words like via-gra. I have a problem with some of my users want to use words that other people want censored. If I start censoring certain bad language I am afraid I will also lose some of the people that like to say whatever they want on the forums, but I am also losing some people who are offended by bad language, that is why I was wondering if it would be possible to have an option of those who would be affected by the built in word filterer.

I am not sure if something like this is possible so I thought I would ask. Would it be possible to have a word filter on curse words for anonymous users, but a way to have registered users choose whether or not they would like to disable the language filter once they are logged in? Thanks!

What XOOPS version, myalbum-p version, and theme are you using?

I have used myalbum-p on a few sites and have not ran into this problem before.

Hi, I've been running XOOPS on my websitehttp://www.wemustignitethiscouch.com for about 10 months now and have ran into some problems recently.

The main problem my users and myself are having is getting this error.

-----

Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.

-----

This happens when people do anything from click on the link to go to the homepage, message board stuff, photo stuff... It does not seem to be any certain module.

There are two other errors that I notice from time to time. They are

-----
Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

More information about this error may be found athttp://support.netfirms.com/idx.php/0/002
-----

and

-----
This page cannot be displayed due to an internal error.

If you are the administrator of this site, please visit the XOOPS Troubleshooting Page for assistance.
-----

If you can help me with any of these it would be of great help. I have searched the forums for hours to resolve this but cannot seem to find what I need to get these errors to stop.

I am currently running XOOPS 2.0.16 and my hosting provider uses PHP 4 but I can change it to use PHP 5. Does anyone have any idea what would be causing these errors? Do you think switching from PHP 4 to PHP 5 would correct the problem?

I can list more information if needed just let me know and thanks for the help in advance.

I have solved this problem. For some reason my web hosting company moved my site folder to 3 different locations in 3 days without telling me anything about it...

I'm just trying to run xoops. It only gives me

XOOPS path check: Script is not inside XOOPS_ROOT_PATH and cannot run.

Even though my path in mainfile.php is correct.
