someone to work for that site..."
I think that is not "FAIR"
We can create the Greek XOOPS Site
in Greek language in a new adress.
Greek users are many this moment.
Think about that and tell me to start prepare the new Greek support XOOPS site

If you go to /class/xoopsmailer.php you find somewhere
"var $charSet = 'iso-8859-1';"
You will change the following :
var $charSet = 'iso-8859-1';
to
var $charSet = 'iso-8859-7';
it's protected by the system that's the reason won't change from other parameters

I have 5 posters around Crete and I want to give them the rights to posting news and articles in my site.
I used admin>groups and everything is ok.
But I don't want to give them rights to delete news.
I want to give them rights only to add news.
How can I do that?
