I created a folder named html and put there what html folder of xoops-2.0.7.3.gz contains. I run setup but it does not give me the option to update. Will i have to replace all the old files?

Even if i upgrate to 1.3.10 i cannot find an update from 1.3.10 to 2.0.x

Every registered guy in my 1.3.7 XOOPS can delete the news at the news module. Any solution?
