Think it would be IE 6 CSS file problem as i checked your site out with My second putor using Konqueror browser and looks ok

I have tried the the suggestion above but seems to make the block dissappear .
maybe im having one of them days where nothing works
but could some tell/show me the exact lines etc to edit
As to be able to get date or poster in the recent post table in the short version of *Recent topics* block
as it this stage the recent post colum is empty

I am using Ibserver and just un zip the XOOPS package into www folder and install
but its configeration can be different to a real server but most things seem to work ok for testing

Admin >> xgallery >>> prefences >>> first item = Allow anonymous users to see Pictures? []yes [] no
Also check that Anonymous Usershave access to the module in Admin >>>system >>> Groups

*edit* just remembered that you can select who can veiw the album at the album it self via the modify my album button (3/4 different settting there as well ) just make sure you are in admin mode first
