CBB 3.05 can't reply or post

Hi,

I have a problem with my CBB forum I can view all fine, but when I try to post, A basically white page comes up with the words

"The forum contains a lot of posts with a lot of useful information.

In order to keep the number of double-posts to a minimum, we would like to ask you to use the forum search before posting your questions here."

usually that is in a green box from memory but now this is displayed on a blank white page with no option to enter text anywhere.

I am using 2.0.15.

Does anyone have any ideas or things I should check.

I have uploaded CBB again etc done all the easy things I can think of.

I have installed the AUD included xdonations, no problems, have organised for someone to do a test donate tommorrow, will let you know if all goes well. The main thing is that I can choose AUD as the default and that AUD comes up on the PayPal payment page. I don't think there will be a problem with payment part, but will report back regardless. Hey thanx for posting this, got an email from my host today about being close to going over bandwidth limit, I did notice there was a lot of pical spidering going on from the logs. Cheers!

I am slowly trying modules for my 2.2.1 site and have just installed xt-temas (XT_Themes) successfully and it seems to be working fine, for me anyway, I am not sure if it is still in the module repository after the XOOPS site Hack!

I have had a play with this, just checking, did you do what the How to Install said to do eg.CHMOD

How to install:





1) Unzip all files to your hardrive

2) Upload friendfinder to www.yoursite.com/modules/

3) CHMOD members/uploads to 777

4) CHMOD cache to 777 and config file to 666

5) Go to admin and install and configure the module.
