In Linux I have no idea. But there are a number of users on this forum that will know. You may have to wait a day or so.
I just uploaded Friendfinder and tested with XOOPS 2.0.10 and it works, but I know my host has globals on.
If you turn XOOPS PHP debug on (in prefs) the module generates a *lot* of PHP notices. These should not in theory affect how it works. There are also however a couple of warnings which may affect it:
