Herko,

The reason that I have created a new enq is because this is a littel dif from the last subject as it got what I'm into now another problem. However it BEEN OVER A WEEK and I still can NOT log into the admin section and no one has solved this problem, Can you?

It just keeps telling me whenI login as the administrator I DO NOT have permissions when clicking on the "Admin Menue" tab.

Can you pls HELP?

Admin NOT working

I can not get into my admin section it keeps telling me I do not have the permission to login. This is after I have loged in as the adminitrator ......

I have just uploaded the lastest vision of xoops

PLEASE HELP.

Yes I have made sure that it;s all the samehttp://www.theeclub.com in the address bar as it is in the "Mainfile"

I first login herehttp://www.theeclub.com/index.php

add the Administrator username and PW

I then get the following AFTER I have loged in where I see the "Administrator Menu" tab

http://www.theeclub.com/index.php?PHPSESSID=0d895dc04083f5954af3cbc462dbd043

When i click on the admin tab, which has a url of "http://www.theeclub.com/admin.php"

this then throws me out.

Q: could the problem be in the "admin.php" file?

Thank you, for pointing me in the right direction, but all seems to be correct, OR IS IT?
I have listed my examplt from my Mainfile.php.

IF this needs to be changed pls make them.

Thank you, for this tip. I have downloded this file "Mainfile.php" and opened this but it's a mass of code and I do not know where spacifcly to look. Can you point me to an area or list the line of code where I can search and see if my WWW is there.

Thank you for that tip, I have tried that and its still the same. I want you all to be clear of the problem. I have a user name and password that I login with, then see the shot menu, I click on the "Administration Menu" tab and then I just get the message at the top of the page "You do NOT have the permission to access this page" and throws me out.

And I can NOT do anything to my site until I can access to the admin section.

PLEASE HELP.

Can NOT log into Administration Menu

I'm having a BIG problems with the latest vision of XOOPS that I have uploaded.

I have given it an administrator user name & PW I login with this and see the "Administrator Menu" tab. However when I click on this to enter the admin section, I get the message "I'm not authorized"

How do I rectify this problem.

Hi, Thanks for that i have had a look at the file but to be honest I do not know what part I'm ment to be looking at in the text. I can see my url in a few places. Can I email you what I have or can you take a snap shot of the bits I need to change, and BOLD the bits I need to change to my url.

CAN ANYONE PLEASE ADVISE ME ON THIS AS I HAVE UPLOADED THE LATEST VISION OF XOOPS AND STILL WILL NOT WORK.

Just to confirm. All I have to do is download the file from my server, open this file in "NOTEPAD"? and make the changes and upload it again.
