Has anyone seen when the results come back from a search that the page isn't in the site's theme at all. Just a blank pasic white page with the expected search results. No graphics... no theme what so ever....

http://www.sluse.com

Is what the site looks like... then try a search

i.e.

http://www.sluse.com/search.php?query=GIGA&action=results

And its just black text on a plain white background. I am just noicing this behavior, it may be coincidence but I upgraded to 2.0.9.3

Where can I find php.ini in a default Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 install? I am having a hard time finding it... I'm no linux guru...

Or whats the command to find it by piping all the directory contents into GREP or something... Thanks!

Does anyone know where I can get an older version of imagemanager.php that works? I was told there's a bug in the one in 2.0.9.2 release, but there's NO downloadable version from older releases.

Can anyone help?

The imagemanger is still a problem... does anyone have an older version of imagemanger.php they can post that solves this problem? You'd think that if they KNOW its broken that they would post the fix somewhere.

We're using 2.0.9.2 froma fresh install... I haven't tried goign to an older version's imagemanger.php. Does anyone have a link for the file that works? Why don't they fix it and release a version with the imagemanager.php that actually works?

Anyway... if you have a link for it, I'd love to get it.

Thanks!

No one have any strange behavior from the image manger then I can assume?

Anyone have any decent recs for an alternative to the core image manager? It seems soooo weak, there's got to be a good alternative, but unfortunately I dont think that it will be integrated.

Would be nice to allow users to maintain their own images and pics in blob and also make the interface more professional looking to the core image manager

Wordpress is overly complicated and the inserting and uploading images doesnt work very well

XOOPS is pretty slow many modules are poorly written and eat up a lot of datbase transactions... much more then needed. If this is goign to be a commercial application I suggest at some point in the future looking to get your own server and putting it in a colo.

All those companies that sell shared space over sell, and the servers are normally one P4 shared amount 50 - 500 accounts, each with website etc. You'll need SSH access to install, many places will not allow SSH. But here's my site we're still developing and its running on a dedicated P4 3.0 Ghz with hyperthreading and 1GB ram on a direct to the net 10MBS connection. Its really memory and CPU intensive.

If your colo uses cPanel there's a way to get the CPU load and the memory load. CHeck it out. Also ask your colo how many accounts are shared on the server and what type of server is it... I'd hope its a dual P4 2.8 or better with 2GB ram
