After setting up a discussion forum, I found that I cannot use the image manager to upload any image. After uploading an image, nothing happens and the image bank remains blank.
What have I forgetten to do?

I want to add my own banner to the front page, can't figure out how to do it. Please give me step by step instructions. Is it done the same way as descibed in this thread? If so, where would I find the php_ini file?

I have a similar image upload problem - I get "File not found" after hitting submit on an avatar upload.

In PHP.INI.... file_uploads = On.... Any other suggestions?

Thanks.

Before yesterday, imaging uploading worked. Now I'm getting an error that says "media upload error: failed to upload..."

On the webserver - if you are hosted, you probably don't have access to this file.
