I have this all in the Extended Text section.

<table>
<
tr colspan="3"><td>LOT NUMBERS</td></tr>
<
tr><td>10:07</td><td>11:04</td><td>13:10</td></tr>
<
tr><td>10:21</td><td>11:05</td><td>13:16</td></tr>
<
tr><td>10:23</td><td>11:06</td><td>13:22</td></tr>
<
tr><td>10:30</td><td>11:33</td><td>&nbsp;</td></tr>
<
tr><td>10:31</td><td>11:34</td><td>&nbsp;</td></tr>
<
tr><td>10:32</td><td colspan="2">&nbsp;</td></tr>
<
tr><td>10:33</td><td colspan="2">&nbsp;</td></tr>
<
tr><td>10:34</td><td colspan="2">&nbsp;</td></tr>
<
tr><td>10:35</td><td colspan="2">&nbsp;</td></tr>
<
tr><td>10:37</td><td colspan="2">&nbsp;</td></tr>
<
tr><td>10:50</td><td colspan="2">&nbsp;</td></tr>
<
tr><td>10:51</td><td colspan="2">&nbsp;</td></tr>
<
tr><td>10:52</td><td colspan="2">&nbsp;</td></tr>
</
table>

"Disable HTML" is not checked and all I get is the raw code.

Thanks

David

Thanks ... I've turned the MySQL debug on but now I can't get it to be slow!! Isn't that always the way!

I'll watch it for a day or so and keep logging in and out trying to get it to happen again.

Right now I don't have anything cached so as soon as I see what's the bottleneck, I'll adjust.

I've just started getting a periodic problem on displaying our home page. At times, after logging in, it can take up to a minute or more to get the home page. At other times, it just pops up. Is there some way to troubleshoot what's going on?

From my SQL Server days, I would immediately think table locking but that shouldn't be the case.

Any ideas/direction/suggestions would be appreciated.

I know it's possible but I can't get it to work ... I'd like to have some HTML embedded in a News Item. Specifically, I want to format some tabular data into and HTML table.

I've added the html and made sure that "Disable HTML" is not checked but all I get it the raw HTML code.

What have I missed?

I looked through all the docs I could find but none show how to actually do this ...

Thanks

David

I hate mucking with the theme files since that can make upgrades more complex but hey ... you got to do what you got to do!

Thanks again

Hmmmm ... wasn't familiar with that module. I'll go take a look.

Where is it? I can't find it in the Downloads area. Are you talking about the one on the WF-Project site?

Thanks

David

ps: that brings up another question ... couldn't we have a simple list of all the modules and what their main features are? I know I can browse the downloads area but it's gotten kind of long with multiple versions. Maybe one page broken by category (news, file management, etc)?

Ahhhh .... I see ...

I guess it would be a feature request to have it use the weight first and then the location. That would allow me to have a full size block in the center, some half size blocks on either side and then another full size block.

I like to see a new attribute on a News Item that would let me mark an item as a News Flash. If we also had a block like "Top News" that would only display if there was a Flash, I could add that to the top of my Top Page and give my users an indication of something HOT.

We're using XOOPS for an employee portal and I'd like to be able to send a News Item like ... "Open Season Closes Tomorrow" or "Get Your Hours In Immediately".

I should be able to limit who can mark a News item as a Flash by group too so that only management can send these.

Headlines Placement on Top Page

I recently decided to move my Headlines block on the Top Page from the right hand side to the middle. I want it to be the last block on the page. For some reason I can't get it to go below the other blocks. It keeps wanting to be the top block.

I have the Top News set to Center-Left with a weight of 1, Recent News set to Center-Right with a weight of one (so they are next to each other), Recent Links set to Center-Left with a weight of 2 and Recent WF-Downloads set to Center-Right with a weight of 2 so they are next to each other, and Headlines set to Center-Center with a weight of 3 hoping to get it at the bottom. However it always wants to be the "top dog." I have changed weights of all the blocks and I just can't get it to the bottom.

Anyone got any ideas how to fix this?

Thanks

David
