Thank you very much.
That would help of course, but I will have a pc on the event, and I would like them to use this computer to register (I would run XOOPS locally) and then upload this data to the original site.

But yours is a very good alternative (sometimes in the rush one just dont keep it simple lol)

I'm having an "offline event" and I would like to offer people the chance of registering there.

Is ther a way to upload the registers afterwards?

Thank you very much in advance!

FYI.

Some frends can't register to my site when their symantec firewall is on. They can login, but not register.
It is odd, but as soon as they turn it off, everything goes well.

This is not a problem for sites like mine (friends only) but large sites.

Have a nice day!

Hi
Does anyone knows the command to restore the database on linux?
I made a backup. But I cannot use phpmyadmin in this particular case, so any help would be appreciated.

Have a nice day!

Thank you Stewdio:

I was thinking of something like a "completed task" signal:
Imagine this is the "Index" of the content:

- Book 1 :: progress = x%
+Chap 1:: completed
+Chap 2:: Completed
+Chap 3:: Not Completed
etc.

In this case it is the Bible, but something like this coud help you keep track of tutorials for example. It is like keeping your advence in a project, in this case readings, in a tutorial this could be exercises. Well, thank you again for your advise.
