xcgallery not allow login user to upload picture

Dear Master,
When I act as login user to upld photo in xcgallery,it prompted me '

Sorry there is no album where you are allowed to upload pictures
------------------
then awhile followed by :
------------------
Sorry there is no album where you are allowed to upload pictures
------------------
Plse enlighten any setting I need to set at admin or control panel for xcgallery.

Millions thanks to TOM,I'm from Singapore, where are you from?It's great to know you.

My problem at last resolve. Two more questions :

1. If I intend to use xoopsgallery + xcgallery in my web site and share the imagemagic upload tool, is there any problem on it?

2. In xcgallery admin preference setting, the "Target address for the 'See more pictures' link in e-cards", what I suppose to set?

Dear Master,
Anyone can enlighten me when I install the xcgallery & when I attempt to act as user or admin user to upload picture, it bring me to blank page.
Your enlightement is much appreciated.

Also, beside the xcgallery, XOOPS gallery, any more else same type of photo module is the best.Plse comment.

Would appreciate you can enlighten the following :

1. What is holtlinking ?
"A small step up from hotlinking" - ?. A basic flash game module. "

2. What is and how to convert it to myflashgames?
"Just download basic horoscope mod and convert to myflashgames or xflashgames."

3. I click the following site but now is site not found :
"http://archangelartifacts.com/modules/myhoroscope/"

4. Would appreciate if you can let us know where can we download this module (myhoroscope)

It's great and would appreciate if you can let's know :
1. If we want to edit the CSS, what file should we need to modify it?

2. Can I use dreamweaver to edit & ftp back to the same directory? Will it affect or corrupt our site?

3. How to create the top drop down menu button ( in which file too? ) what type of module we can do?
