I just started using the FCKEditor Integration pack. It seems to be working fine except that it hangs up when trying to upload images from my desktop into articles. I'm using XOOPS 2.0.7 and the new integration pack in IE6.

You mentioned an "about" third party module -- could you provide a link to it?

Thanks,
C

How does XOOPS manage categories? Is it a "Fatcat" like system? Wherein, instead of having each module track categories independently, Fatcat manages it for them all. Centralized categories improve data organization and flow and consequently improve user interaction. Or is it mod-by-mod, or something different?

Block Independence and IE and Opera wackiness

My polls utilize the same row colors in the poll choices as the colors used in the even, odd rows for forum, etc. Is there a way to let the polls act independtly of those colors. In my case I want the polls to have no colors at all in the rows but still maintain the row colors in the forums and other areas where they are. I also noticed that in Opera the colors show up but in IE6 they do not.

WF-Section Main Header on index page -- Can it be removed?

The WF-Section program is too damn cool! I have a question though, is there anyway to remove the Main Index Header on just the index.php page? I have placed my sites information in there and I just want to have a gif that says "welcome to the site" and therefore I don't need a header. But when I leave the header blank there is still the decorative border line, but just no text. Is it easy to remove the line too?

Great job on the site it looks good. May I asks what kind of calendar module you used? It doesn't look like Agenda-X -- is it PiCal? How did you change the colors?

Brash, that bit of advice on the IBM page detailer was one of the best pieces of info laid down here. Thanks, I'm gonna look into that too.

Yeah, it was my Opera browser that was having the problem downloading the file. When I used IE to download it worked fine.

So far the program looks really POWERFUL!

Is there a Help or userguide included with it?

And it's not the site that is down. It seems that when you try to download WFSections you get an error message.

Oh yeah, I saw that. I was actually responding to that topic but hit 'new post' instead.

I would like to thank folks for their responses to this post. As a newbie to XOOPS I too was wondering just what advantages and differences there were to using WF Sections over the included News Module and XFSections. I noticed that the WFSections site has been down. Does this mean the new release is coming out very soon? I hope.
