I want to use a different version of the XOOPS template for the viewtopic.php in newbb

In case your wondering I want to remove the right side blocks and increase the content width without ruining the site's design but I only want this to happen on the viewtopic.php page in newbb.

What I would like a kind person to tell me is:
Newbb seems to be different, not the usual include mainfile and header, what file does contain the information setting the content to view inside the XOOPS template.

thanks

EDIT: would the same effect be achieved if i just copied the theme but changed the theme template for the clone and used that theme for only the forum...and how do you set a theme change for a module?

opps i meant sql not php *slaps self*
the XOOPS sql tables had all gone every single one and for some reason my last backup was also empty.

By the looks of it my last 4 months work will have to be redone aka very annoyed

thanks

i found the last backup of my hosting account and directory luckly its only a month ago, could of been worse but i don't want to restore my entire site just that particular sql database. I know its not actually to do with XOOPS but does anyone know where the XOOPS database would be saved generally?

just had another idea, wondering if its worth having a go at;

Modify the mydownloads submittion form to include an upload section at the top. so they select the file, input the info about the file, the file is uploaded and the form is submited with one click

When i first started creating modules I checked out the module generator on here i think. The module generator was used online and a zip file was created with your custom files and you could then download it from the default XOOPS Download module section on the site.

I have created a simple upload module and once the file is uploaded i want the file to automaticly be added to the downloads or at least bring up the download subbmission form with things like the 'file size' filled.

At the moment the user has to click a link to go to the form and fill all of it in for them selves.

My Q is:What would the code be to open the 'download link submit form' and send the required variables to show in the form

thanks

this is just a gess but:

there isn't an option for it to go acrost, you have to make the menu your self.
Edit it into xoops/themes/current_theme/theme.html

current_theme being the folder of your current theme.

Hope thats a start
