Oledrion path to file download

I am trying to understand how this works and what to actually use: I have .pdf/ebooks I want people to be able to download....

Path to file download example is:
/home2/bodybyg1/public_html/uploads/image.png

I don't understand how that would work. Should I rewrite it a different way? I know I have to replace certain things with my own but it just doesn't makes sense how it works with the /home2/bodybyg1/public_html/xxxxxx/xxxxxx.png

Can I use the Products URL (optional) instead and if so what is the example for the download path? Do I use it like this:
http://www.xxxx x.com/downloads/xxxxxx.pdf

Please could someone clarify this for me it is very important.

Thanks,
Quest

Re: How to add CSS coding on "News" 1.63 Module?

I may be wrong but it looks like you have your style commented out with the <!-- and -->

Edited: Nope that didn't work.

Re: Oledrion and selling ebooks

I get the emails indicating an order but I don't get an email with a download link for the pdf. I have the path set just like the example shows.

Re: Oledrion and selling ebooks

Is there any way of testing it out? I've tried using the sandbox but it doesn't return the download link in the email. I suppose because it is sandbox and the payment never gets made??????

Oledrion and selling ebooks

Please Forgive me if this is a double post.

When I set the path for the file to download does the path have to be /home/xxxxx/etc/etc or can it be an http://www.xxxxxx.xxx/downloads/file.pdf

Re: Adding javascript to a block

It all depends on what you really are trying to do. If you are trying to alter an existing block template then you will need to use template override functionality. Or you could be needing to create your own custom block. In that case create your custom block and add your javascript. All depends on what you are trying to do...

Hope this helps,

Number of Registered Users?

Is there a way to tell how many registered users you have registered to your XOOPS site? Without having to go into admin, system, edit users and count them? Or without going into the data base?
