Pictures don't show in cbb 2.3

Dear xoopsers,
I have ENORMUS problem. In last few days cbb started to act badly. It stoped to show pictures in every post. It has link for the picutre, but picture is't show.

Please help me, because this is very immportant for my website.
I use XOOPS 2.2.3, and I will writte all parametars for my site if it's needed.

The problem that I wrote about, occured here in xoops.org. I wrote replay and it didn't show in recent replays block!

Greatings,
I run my web site on XOOPS 2.2.3 and didn't have any problems untily I changed my server. Now CBB started to act strange. There are several problems and help will appritieted.
First problem is with picture upload. Some times picture just don't show in forum, just link to it. I cheched type of photos and it is jpg,and it's allready set in preferences. I also checked preferences for pictures, like size etc, and they all are OK. What migth be the problem?
Second problem is about recent topics block. Sometimes it doesn't display recent replay in some topics. Strange thing is that it occurs randomly, and it is just for one post. When some another memeber replay in that thered it's replay show. I hope thet I explaind corectly because my english is not good!

I had similar problem and I fix it with this
First deactivate and uninstal module. There is one folder that I missed to delite and that folder made problems. Folder is /public_html/upload/shotbox. Delite that folder, and after thet install module. It works fine.
I use XOOPS 2.2.3 so maybe this is ot the soution, but try it!

The CBB was fixed by kind people from my webhosting, and I dont't know what they did.
I fixed shoutbox, and I will expain what I did, maybe someone will find this usefull.

But I still have anormus problems with xoopsgallery. Now it stoped to show pictures in new pictures block. Users still can't upload pictures, so if You know the solution please help.

Thank You for a quick replay.
I did what You wrote and in the end all tabels were green, with no errors. Unfortunatly the problem still egsits.

I fixed CBB, it was permission probem, but prbem with galery and shotbox still egists.
When I whant to upload pictures i get messege
\Error: Couldn't open lock file (/home/lucky/public_html/modules/xoopsgallery/cache/albums/album06/album.datlock)!
Please help!

Just now I found out that none member includig me can't upoad pictures in gallery.
I check, and chache, upload and tempalte_c have 777 permission. I realy do't know what is the probem, so please help me!
