I am looking for a chat module that
(a) allows more than one room
(b) I can open in a page of its own rather than have it appear in the centre column.
Can anyone help?

Two weeks ago I didn't even know what a CMS was ... since then I have merged four of my sites into one with XOOPS.
The modules installed and working without problems are ...
AMEvents = Events calendar module
Booklists = book recommendations module
newbb = bulletin board module
AMS = Articles module
We are currently working on getting MX-directory working.
If I can achieve this in two weeks with no previous knowledge of a CMS system I'm positive everyone else can.
Wish list - A chat module with more than one room and that will open in its own page (ie. not as a block in one of the columns)

new bug: Notice [PHP]: Undefined variable: mydirname in file modules/mxdirectory/language/english/main.php line 34
(1) at top says special offers (can i get rid of it and how)
(2) at bottom of submissions page is Options: Premium listing and the list of bronze to plantinum (can i get rid of it and how)

Am I right in thinking that an fresh installation of mx-directory with removal of line 4 error (as on post) AND removal of code around line 30 (as per email) will give me the directory with ALL the fields and without the coupons?
Or do I have to start with xdirectory and do the upgrades and follow instructions
Getting confused now lol
