A small CHAT module or a small SHOP module? You said 'chat' in your post but the title of your post is 'Looking for small SHOP module'

Either or:

For a small chat module - Try FlashChat
For a small shop module - Try KShop

i've just started messing around with kshop and it seems to work pretty well and you may like it.

it doesn't allow you to control inventory. like you only have ten items and you don't want to sell eleven. not sure if you need that.
