Possible security issue with MyAlbum-P

Although I am able to upload pics to this module without problem, a visitor to my site got the following error message when attempting an upload.... "chmod 0777 into /../..../uploads/photos failed"

1st off, what could be causing this prob as everything seems fine at this end and secondly, I don't like the idea that the error message is disclosing the full filepath to the picture folder. is there any way to block that part of the message from the public?

I'm having a prob with the radio module. All I see when I make it vizible is a block with an advertizing panel. I can find no way to set any preferences etc because although it shows in the Module Admin section, it is un clickable. if i try to update it I get the following message...

" failed open fileModule data updated.

Unable to write to main menu.

Rebuilding blocks...
Block _MI_RADIO_BNAME1 updated. Block ID: 66

Module Radio updated successfully."

Also, in the Block description, it shows as "_MI_RADIO_BNAME1" which suggests an error. Anyone have any ideas?

Does anyone know any good sites fot forum graphics such as buttons, icons, ranks etc? I've been googlin like mad but so far i haven't found any good sites. :(

I have just gone through all 37 pages in this forum twice to try and get a satisfactory answer to the problem. It's the problem with uninstalling Mods that give you the "Module file not found" error after installation.

1. It has been uploaded to the correct folder.
2. Yes the Xoops_version.php is in the top folder.
3. I have checked in the phpmyadmin db and there are no references to it.
4. Yes I have tried uninstalling and reuploading the mods.

Please don't tell me to go watch the flash tutorial as the "join" page for that forum is a 404.

This question has been asked NUMEROUS times in this forum by many different ppl. Most answers tell them WHY it happened but not how to fix it and the other half are simply not answered at all.

Given the frequency of this problem,it would be a good idea if someone put together a step-by-step explanation of how to fix it. My site is almost ready for launch but after I got one faulty mod upload, I am now in the postition where ANY subsequent mod uploads I make give me the "Module File not found" error.

In the main chat panel there is a room showing in the room selection box called "_MA_XCHATSELROOM". If u select that room you get a message telling you that this room does not exist. Now when I go to the rooms management to get rid of it, this phantom room doesn't show in there, either. Any ideas on how I get rid of it?
