Wow, somehow your header is all screwed up. It shows up like 4 or 5 times when I view the source. When you installed XOOPS did you put the root directory as corpstation.com or corpstation.com/xooper/

I have visited dev.xoops.org and downloaded the latest development version of NewBB. I know that you guys are revamping it and I am looking forward to the next official or even a beta release. The only thing I could not get info on was the development schedule or about how long until a beta is released. Can someone clue us all in on how long we may be waiting? I understand that its completly volunteer and I am not try to say, I want it now and deserve it. I am just looking to start a new website and want to wait until the new version of NewBB comes out. If its going to be a while I may just hack the crap out of the current NewBB and hope that I never have to do a serious upgrade...

When I went to corpstation.com what I got was a hosting page? Do you have XOOPS installed on your server? Can I get a link to the working site.

Quote:
Update module template .html files from themes/your theme/templates directory?

If this option is enabled, module template .html files will be updated automatically if there are newer files under the themes/your theme/templates directory for the current theme. This should be turned off once the site goes public.

Its that section, set that to yes.

Well, it could easily be done with a script. I think it would go something like identifying the uid by entering the users old name and then the same with their new name.

Then find all posts and topics started by the first uid and replace them with the second uid.

Anyone else with more experience with newbb, are xoops_bb_posts and xoops_bb_topics the only ones that need changing?

In your admin section under System>Preferences there is a portion to use the theme.html file without caching it. Turn that on. If you already have that on, try clearing your cache and see if that helps.

Nevermind....I have to update the module so the template files are compiled again and put into the db.

I too have tried to remove the pictures from mylinks module but it will not go. I cleared the site cache the template cache and my browsers cache to no avail. Why won't it just leave?

Thats fine for me, but how do I convince all my users to do the same? I just don't want them getting an error and thinking that my site is down or screwed up.
