xp weather blank page

Dear all,
Plse enlighten why after install the xpweather ( very powerful but dun know why ) & click the xpweather button, it bring me to blank page, somebody said the global must not be turn off, plse enlighten how to turn it on, manually or which control panel or script need to do some setting ???

Thanks CBlue for yr replied,is it just ftp back the style.css file only ( anymore related files need to download beside style.css ? and do we need to use Dreamweaver to open the topstyle lite to do the editing or just use the topstyle standalone to edit it then upload back to overwrite it?
Plse enlighten again.

Hi Friend,
Would appreciate if you can :
1. Recommend good software for editing CSS like I heard the best tool is Topstyle, any better recommendation?

2. If we want to use topstyle to edit CSS, what files should download from our own web & after editing, is it just ftp back to overwrite the old files?

3. Is it true that if we use Topstyle incooperate to Dreamweaver to edit CSS, that will be better?

4. Is topstyle userfriendly ? or any same tool more user friendly that topstyle?

Would appreciate if you can let me know which file? from my web site should be download to my pc so as use the topstyle to edit it then save it then upload ( ftp ) back to my site again?

Hi master,

Would appreciate if any Topstyle master enlighten me a newbie :
1. What files need to be retrieved from my site ( plse enlighten all files name ) then to use topstyle to edit it?

2. What is the easy and user friendly way to retrieve those files from my site and upload back ( after use topstyle edit ) to my site to take effect ?

3. Beside topstyle, any other user friendly tool to edit CSS files etc.

Dear All Master,

Would appreciate if any master can enlighten us which so call(?) CSS theme editor is very userfriendly ( for newbie like me ) eg. Dreamweaver or Topstyle or other ???

2nd question is when we want to edit the theme and make it take effect the change, which file ? we should ftp back to our own pc to edit it & upload it back to our site to take effect ? some expert said the theme.html, is it true as when I just use Dreamweaver to edit it & upload back to my site, it seem like didn't change at all???

Plse advise all master.
