WYSIWYG proper implemented.
Maybe a dhtml editor that 'translates' into bb code with built in security measurements so anynomous user can place comments.

Build in multilanguage.

An imagemanager / fileuploader with image resize capability.

Improvement of speed (for instance I hate that redirect thing) and implementing various 'security' hacks.

I'm looking for a kind of crm module that fits my needs.
Tried/tested several erm software like openErm, clearhealth and freemed, crm software like VTiger and sugarCRM and pim's like Essential pim.
Some of them are way to complicated for me (too many options that I don't need, some are just a little short of options.

I have a coaching and counseling business, also give workshops.
What I want is a crm :

that is capable of displaying a calendar where I can insert appointments / todo's and with a contacts/clients column, so I can easily insert appointments with existing clients, or ad new clients.

That is capable of printing a bill / invoice? and at the same time connects this bill to my client.

That is capable of connecting various info like attended workshops / short notes on progress of treatment / followed therapies and so on to my clients.

That is capable of making cross queries like : who attended a specific workshop, or a specific therapie.

That is capable of sending bulk mails to selected clients.

BigDump gets my vote Some shared hosts are really mean with their SQL upload limits. This utility has saved the day for me more than once.

Can bigdump deal with for instance 120.000 inserts when there is a limit set by the host of 10.000 / hour?

Thanks for this Jeff, I myself have been using mysqldumper for quite some time now, very good imho.

Mysqldumper can also break a large database into small parts, that is sometimes necessary because some hosts allow for instance only 10.000 inserts in one hour.
So even if you have a restore program that takes a break now and then, you will get to this limit (of 10.000 inserts) very soon and then the party is over.

The function for replacing (text) emailadresses by an image doesn't work well, when I have an emailadres www.mysite.com the image shows www.mysite.co (so it 'forgets' the last character.
