Have you also unzipped/tarred the uploaded theme folders? Or did you just leave that step out in your description?

I couldn't think of an easier way, than using XOOPS.

Check out dev.xoops.org for different projects regarding the setup of online directories.

My recommendation would be Marcan's SmartPartners, download and install it, have a play around, and I believe you will quickly believe to have found what you have been looking for.

Yeap, progress is being made on 2.0.10, as Onokazu announced yesterday on the sourceforge developers forum.

From his posting:
Quote:

I would also like to let you know that 2.0.10 is ready for beta testing, which should be released officially as final in a day or two. A new feature has been added to this release to enhance security. The feature is commonly known as one-time ticket/token system, main purpose of which is to prevent CSRF attacks but can also be used to prevent multiple form submissions.

So yes, members who recieved "little thank yous" from the community, are trying to pay us back (not that they needed to, but thats just the type of guys they are)

Hope people find this informative.....

You guys...this is not a XOOPS problem!

What you are having trouble with, is the installation and use of a web server and database server. Check the documentation of the installer you used.

Note: Please only be using such a setup for development purposes only!

What does the debugger give for error messages?

[to turn debugger on :: Sys Admin -> Preferences -> General Settings -> PHP Debug (option 18)]

So is the boss to see everyones cal or not?

Try out piCal (tar/zip), this is one of the best calendar modules available for XOOPS.

Though, you will most likely have to play around with the settings, to achieve your exact desired outcome. I am convinced that you will be able to achieve this using piCal.

Hope this helps...

Reminds me of Robin Williams: "Why does a psychic need a telephone number?"

How about trying the latest release, assigned the version number 2.0.9.2.

I'm just a wanna-be scientist, but the words "Latest Version" seem pretty obvious. Guess the term 'patch' is a little ambiguous...

WISH YOU LUCK!...

Listen to mOnty!

Deleting those folders is unnecessary work, and would have absolutely NO security benefit what so ever.

Just read up on what GIJOE has to say on the subject of security, and follow his advice, then you should be safe (100% security is a dream!).

You would need root access to the server, just ask your host if they have NetPBM or ImageMagick installed, if not, you have an issue!
