That sounds great. One request though is to still allow for approval of listings. Depending upon the site using your module, many owners would probably like to still approve the listings to avoid any conflicts.

Thanks!

BuilderB - I want to thank you for a wonderful module - definitely something that has been needed. And to the whole XOOPS gang - KUDOS!

Builder - Can you help me with something, please. I am going to be having my business listers pay for their listing through Paypal's subscription service so that they can pay monthly and I don't have to keep invoicing them. What I would like to have happen is that when they click to submit their listing, that the resulting page that they are returned to is a page with my Paypal shopping cart. Is there an easy way to do this in the current code by changing the resulting page? Alas, while I can configure almost any script/program without a problem, I am not a true programmer.

Thanks again for such good work.

Hey BuilderB - Any updates on this? I'd love to help test the latest and greatest version.

Short of making all my members admin members, is there a way to allow registered members the same notification option of receiving the text of the posts in emails? I'm weaning my people from an email list to the forums and some would like to receive notices of posts with the text. I don't blame them - I love that option. Can I change something to make it a global option?

Thanks for any input.

Stan - Thanks for posting. I figured that "life" caught up with you this weekend.

I will see if I can run PHP debug tomorrow. I'm not quite sure how to do it, but I'll find it.

I have also run across another interesting situation with Formulaire, although someone told me it was a consistent error with PHP. I had some registered users fill out my form today at ChristianWAHM.com and then press the button to submit. They would get the blank page - no email sent, and when they hit the back button, all the information they filled out (sometimes it took 30 mins of their time) was gone. Needless to say, they weren't real happy and I don't blame them.

I put a disclaimer on the page that preceeds the form that says that it works for some and not for others. If they weren't sure what they wanted to do, they could email me and I'd send them the form in an email. So we'll see what happens.

I'll write back later tomorrow. It's 1 AM here and we're expected ice in the morning. God bless!

ok - I have worked and worked on this issue with a helpful list member. I have come to the conclusion that formulaire WILL NOT let an anonymous user send a form.

I made the suggested changes to some of the module files per one of the threads. Now, anonymous uses can VIEW the form, but when they send it, a blank screen comes up and the email does not get sent.

Does anyone have any other suggestions? Should I submit this as a bug to the author of the module? Thanks!

See - that's my problem. Unless I have an older version (downloaded in November 2003) there is no option when you create a form to set who has the persmission to use the form. You can select which group you want the form sent to - but not permission to actually use the form.

That's why I'm stuck. The only place to set permissions is actually on the block page. No where on the module that I can find.

Am I correct in assuming that forms cannot be filled out by people who are not registered with the site? Is this true with all the form modules.

I have tried using Formulaire. I have the link visible to visitors, but they don't have access to it. I have the group permissions set properly, the block permissions set properly - but anonymous users can't seem to fill out the form.

Is there any other module that might do this? I might be able to run another form with an email script - but I'd like to not have to.

Thanks for any input you can give.

Well, now it will show up to all users, but not all users can fill out the form - still only registered. Any help? Thanks!
