is it 25 PDF documents a day?
That sounds like a lot.

How are the documents created? If it is on a intranet, and the folders are on a network share, you can consider to make a job on the netword that do the FTP to the webserver.

Is it on a intranet ore extranet?

Addresses module

Can't add catagories. Get error;
Class 'XoopsTree' is deprecated, check 'XoopsObjectTree' in tree.php in file /class/xoopstree.php line 45

Testet on 2.3.0 RC
PHP 5.2.6
MySql 5.0.51a

Do You have anything in the directory:
/home/USER_NAME/public_html/

if not, the files from htdocs should be there
/home/USER_NAME/public_html/index.php

xoopsfaq (the original faq-module) dos not work.
Catagories can't be add

Testet on 2.3.0 RC and 2.0.18.2
PHP 5.2.6

There are no autologin in 2.0.18.x

I thing You must have downloaded a hack (like this

Try updating your system-module and clear the Templates_C
I think the hack can work for 2.0.18.2, but have not tried it.

what was the conclusion?
I am almost finished with a new download section (PDdownloads) on www.xoops.dk
I have used the same categorization as www.xoops.org
I have not protected folder yet, so it can be accessed directly at this link

How do I share it on sourceforge? or somewhere else?

In fact, I think it's only the moduldev. there are interested in it.
I think - if a Danish user want a translation, then they find it on www.xoops.dk and not from sourceforge?

I have been looking for a new host, and has almost taken my decision.
The host I will choose is www.bluehost.com

But before I take my final decision, I just hear someone has any experience with them?

If I google "what car is best for me?" I get no clear answers...

But I understand You anyway
The problem are what

I think CBB is the best but there are also
Xforum and
newbbex

I think you have to try all tree modules and see which fits your needs.

What are you missing in the GUI of CBB
Have You tried to change the images and/or change the templates?
