I was reading the requirements for XOOPS and I have a doubt...
Does XOOPS have any need of Perl? Are there any routines or procedures using perl within Xoops?

There is one module similar to that on .modscentral.com.
It?s there for the 1.33 version but it works out with the 2.x versions too.
It?s the Quizz module... It just need to be enhanced in some features

you should make sure that you translate all files stored in a directory under any language directory...
the fastest way is to copy the folder and rename it to croatian (or the name you want) then start translating the files

Did you create a category first?
if yes, ok... if not start creating a category before creating a forum...
if you've created a category try the following:
- fill out all the fields
- for the forum's moderator you need to have it selected so the name should be highlighted (you can select multiple moderators by holding down the shift key)
- select the category and all other details in the dropdown boxes
this should work

but even if you consider serious security control depending on the site it doesn't even matter if you keep the login sotred in a cookie..
but we need to remember there are some servers and countries where the use of cookies isn't welcome...
So far if you need a real security control it'd be better to have a site running in a https server...
