Hi,
I am attempting to produce 4 or 5 different shoutboxes and headline modules on the same site.. (Sounds a bit mad, I know..)
Seems that simply copying the shoutbox and headline modules 4 or 5 times each - does not work... When installing, for example, shoutbox2, XOOPS tells me that shoutbox is already installed...
Any ideas which files I might want to change...?

Thanks pegasus00321. I have looked in the module repository, over and over again... You are right, there's webmail module, but it is not entirely clear how it well works.. There are task and calendar modules, ala Horde - but they are not downloadable...
Looking at, for example, image gallery modules, does not give an indication how they work.. e.g. Can any of them be set as image galleries for individual users...(?)
Therefore, I was hoping to learn from other users' experience of using XOOPS as a whole and possibly applicable modules...

When I open the site in an Shared secure server, the links which
$xoops_url produce, are to the none secured part of the site..
How is it possible to change that?

Hi.
I am trying to modify system_block_mainmenu.html
I edited it and uploaded it, however, no change can be seen..(!!)
I emptied templates_c, emptied my cache, still no change.
When I look at the source from the edit template utility, the file looks as if I did not touch it. When I download it (via ftp) to edit it, I get my edited version...
I was looking for another file by that name, in case there are 2 (??), but could not find.. (I edited the system_block_mainmenu.html on /modules/system/templates/blocks/ )
Any ideas?

I am desperately looking for a way to control the order of options on the main menu. (i.e. Which option comes 1st, 2nd etc..)
It seems to be the order of the modules, as and when they were installed. (i.e. if Members module was installed before Forum - the members option will come before Forum on the menu..)
Surely, there must be a way to easily change that order..?
