No offence, but I think it is time that DJ/Phppp steps into this discussion and provide some public answers/explanation(s), before this discussion can go (if needed) any further.

At least I am eagerly waiting to read his writing.......

Soapbox is also a fine module for this purpose. I still hope there is somebody who is willing to pick up this module for further development/enhancements. This module is definately worthwhile.....

Why the heck are you doing this by going to the SQL tables if you can realise this easy from out the XOOPS adminsection!
Explore the admin section. Find users....... bladiebla

Although I still use 2.0.13.1 I've changed the register procedure.
Don't know if this is your question but......
I use a regular form wrapped within xoops. It contains a build in reply. The sender gets a copy of their entered signup information.
As soon as the person has paid, I as an admin am going to register the person offically within the XOOPS register.php. This original xoopsfile is only accessible by me the admin.
After I have registered the person he/she gets an automaticly msg (normal XOOPS register procedure) with the information that his signup has been realised and can login immediatly to the website.

Is this an answer to your question and intentions?

Grtz., Shine

Have you checked the grouprights?
Is the module installed (properly)?
Can you turn on debug and see what this says?

Indeed a very nice looking theme!
I also noticed a module at your website called: Clientspace 1.0 beta 3
Tried to understand what it does but unfortunately my french isn't enough. Could you please explain it in english?

Quote:
!!! A lire!!!
!!! A lire!!!

Ce module vous permet de disposer d'une zone privée pour chaque client où vous pouvez mettre à disposition: factures, devis, suivis et documents, le tout sauvegardé en base de donnée pour plus de sécurité.
(documentation à venir)

Am I the only one who uses this module?
