I use separate databases for smf and XOOPS and different database users, stil the bridge works as far as I can see.

@Orstio : is your directory structure : root/modules/conjector/xoopsversion.php ?

Ok, I installed the bridge on XOOPS 2.016 and smf 1.1 rc3, the bridge is working as you can see here :http://www.amevita.eu/modules/smf/

When I go to assign forums I see 'portal sites' selected, this is actually the smart partner module?

I installed the conjecture module and set it to 'smf', but nothing shows up in 'assign forums'.
In what directory must I place the smf forum?

Perhaps it's a matter of finding the first question.
When you find the first question, only aswers remain, abundance.
Because of abundance there is no need to hold on (attach) to Maya, only unconditional sharing (Ayni)

I'm interested in this project.
Though CBB is very good forum software, it doesn't compare to SMF.
For this reason I already converted one XOOPS 2.2.4/CBB 3.04 site to SMF/TP.

I did some conversions from MySQL 5 to MySQL 4.0
Afterwards I had to manually change some records in the database because for some reason 'auto increment' was changed into 'default zero'.
So if the conversion works but you can't post (for instance) two postings then check the old and new database for differences in the record structure.

Thanks for this quest, I could not use debug because of this. Furthermore, now I turned of gzip, the module xstreamer works in all browsers.

I never heard of the XOOPS modules you name here, so are you sure these are XOOPS modules?
