Help with News Module. Blocks not moving under news.

I have news on my main page, and I also have IPB "most active threads" block on my main page. For some reason, no matter how heavy I weigh the block, the most active threads block remains at the top of the page. I want it to go underneith everything but it wont budge. Is there a conflicting block setting somewhere? I also noticed I can't edit the weight of the news story.

Oh man, that was incredibly easy. Thanks a lot!

While I'm add it:

Please Help, my logo moves

my main logo at the top of the screen moves to a somewhat center justification when I click the forum module link. This only happens in firefox, not in IE. The forum module I use is IPB.

Please help.

Unfortunately, now my control panel for IPB always links me to my XOOPS control panel in the right frame. No matter what option I choose. What do I do? I don't have a back up or anything. Please help.

I must have tinkered with the admin general configuration, because now when I click on "Message Board" from my main menu, the forum loads by itself without my menu and blocks around it.

Can anyone help?
