How to move old mySQL-data into a new install of Xoops?

At www.smartsoftware.org I've got an Xoops-install, v. 2.07.

There are quite a few things that don't work (adding new blocks, for example).

I am about to move the site to another server and would like to do a fresh install of the newest version of Xoops, followed by an import of my members (13.000 or so), lots of articles etc.

Is there a bulletproof way to do this?

It works fine when I only mail one group. When I try to mail two, I get this errormessage:
Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /home/hiqhorg/public_html/xoops/modules/system/admin/mailusers/mailusers.php on line 67

Oops. I discovered that when I wasn't logged in as Admin, the email-adresses does not show up in the members profile, if set not to...

But the other problem is still there :(

I just upgraded to rc3 on a site I am working on (not public yet).

When I try to email our measly 16 members, I get a blank page.

Another related problem is that in the member profile, even though I say that email should not be revealed, it is...
