don't you think it would be usefull to open a board for the newbb project ? here it's a little confused between the news and different topics.

I made several changes on cbb 1.3 and would like to share my experience with other users but I don't know where. I've few ideas on how to speed the display of the forum. I noticed that cbb could be much more faster with a hard "cleaning" of templates. That what i've done on my test site and now the board is nearly as fast as newbb1.

I understood what happened to me. I had block names in english and french so i removed manualy the english blocks with phpmyadmin in xoops_newblocks table...

I think this "double block bug" appeared durind the latest updates i've done because of the block names that I had edited in the past. Instead of upgrading old ones XOOPS has created new ones.

thx m0nty,

i didn't find the answer using the search engine.. I really have a bad english and I use the keywords "block" and "system" before asking but I didn't find topics concerning this problem.
I really don't know which udpate bring me this problem.

can i just erase them with DELETE FROM 'tableprefix_newblocks' .... without problems and without reordering id. ?

I have a strange problem in my admin pannel :
all my system block appear two times in the cp ?

how can i remove them?

yes I know that but the table : <table class="outer" cellpadding="4" cellspacing="1" width="98%"> ...
is not included in the templates. I think I have to edit a a file to suit to my needs but which one ?

hello,
I would like to edit the table which is displayed with "comment_new.php" and used to presents the article.
eg :https://xoops.org/modules/news/comment_new.php?com_itemid=1956&com_order=0&com_mode=flat

I think this table isn't templated and I didn't find it using customized search tools.

hello,
the upgrades from v.2.0.7.3 => 2.0.9.0 => 2.0.9.2 works fine but when i look in admin/templates the numbers appears in red for some modules (system, downolads ...) it's like they needed to be "regenerated". Did I missed something concerning the updates?
