hello,
the upgrades from v.2.0.7.3 => 2.0.9.0 => 2.0.9.2 works fine but when i look in admin/templates the numbers appears in red for some modules (system, downolads ...) it's like they needed to be "regenerated". Did I missed something concerning the updates?

I think it has to do with the duplicate template bug. The bug itself has been fixed. A future patch is being worked on to delete the duplicate templates from the default template set.

As long as you have no formatting problems all should be well until a final fix is created.
