there's a search function which pulls up many posts regarding this if you use it.

be nice if you could provide us with more info, ie XOOPS version, whether u upgraded, etc etc.. i'm presuming you have upgraded..

if u want to remove them tho, you can do it via phpmyadmin, in tplset tables, just drop the duplicated entries from the database..

thx m0nty,

i didn't find the answer using the search engine.. I really have a bad english and I use the keywords "block" and "system" before asking but I didn't find topics concerning this problem.
I really don't know which udpate bring me this problem.

can i just erase them with DELETE FROM 'tableprefix_newblocks' .... without problems and without reordering id. ?

I understood what happened to me. I had block names in english and french so i removed manualy the english blocks with phpmyadmin in xoops_newblocks table...

I think this "double block bug" appeared durind the latest updates i've done because of the block names that I had edited in the past. Instead of upgrading old ones XOOPS has created new ones.
