Is there a way to auto login the users in the 2.2.x versions?

To upgrade from 2.2 to 2.2.1 and then 2.2.2 I only need to overwrite the existing files whit the new ones contained in the upgrade patches?

I noticed that when I close the page of my website and I return in it after some minutes I have to re-login.
Is there a way to set the sessions variables so that my users will be remembered for a longer time without the need of re-logging every time?

Don't know if it is a bug but I noticed that when I delete a user his entry in table "users" is deleted but the entry in table "user_profile" remains. Why?

Is there a way to upgrade from newbb (xoops 2.0.13 upgraded to 2.2) to cbb2.2 (beta1) without losing all the posts, forums and categories?

Thanks for the help I begin to understand something
I tried this:
1) I've modified the file system_blocks.php and I have add the test line "$block['total_members'] = "TEST";" in the "b_system_online_show()" function.

2) I've add at the beginning of the file system_block_online "<{$block.total_members}><br />".

And both works (also modifying only system_block_online)

But the smarty variable <{$lang_totalusers}> doesn't work, where is it defined what file I have to import to make it visible?
