Awesome!!

Thanks for the tip. There is actually a "fixed form.php" on the main download page. I uploaded that and it immediately worked.

Hey,

Thanks for the response.

When I click on xhld, then click on List Headlines, nothing shows under the title except for:

Headlines Configuration (No.0)

No fields to enter... nothing.

I just unistalled the module, deleted it from the modules folder, re-downloaded the 2.99 version and re-installed it. Still nothing.

Any suggestions?

Another piece to this, though I don't know if it makes a difference. I'm using 7dana Red for my theme.

Is there something else I'm missing. Should I have a particular version of sql, perl, etc. to get this to work?

Thanks for your help!

Hi Everyone,

I'm feeling a bit like an idiot. This must be so easy it hurts, but I just haven't been able to figure it out.

How do you configure xhld... how do I add a feed.

I'm using:
Xoops 2.0.15
xhld 3.09

other modules:
mxdirectory
ams
forum

Please help... prefereably with simple instructions since my head must be off doing something else.

Thanks!

Hi Everyone,

I know very little about databases, but when looking through phpmyadmin at users table, I noticed the following errors:

1) PRIMARY and INDEX keys should not both be set for column `uid`
2) More than one INDEX key was created for column `uname`

Indexes:
Keyname Type Cardinality Field
PRIMARY PRIMARY 3 uid
uname INDEX None uname
email INDEX None email

uiduname INDEX None uid
uname
unamepass INDEX None uname
pass

Not sure if I should be worried or not, any help appreciated.

Thanks!

Mercury

I'm not sure what I did that worked, but I'm back in the game. Disregard this thread...

Hi Everyone,

I recently moved my site to a new domain, reloaded all the files to the proper folders and changed mainfile.php appropriately (I hope).

I'm trying to change the password for the admin account. I go to lost password and enter in my email address. I go through the steps enter a new password, and then it doesn't recognize that password next time around.

I looked into MySQL and discovered that the user name isn't even in the xoops_users table. But somehow it recognizes the email and sends me the change password emails....

I'm a bit lost. Obviously something isn't quite connecting. Could it be that I changed the cookie name after the change over??

Any help appreciated.

Cheers,

Mercury

Ok, I figured it out... and it was simple. You were kind enough to suggest I check the to see if the theme was on the site. Well, I checked and yes the folder was there... the problem is that I didn't check to see if all the files were there... these were not. As soon as I reloaded those files, everything worked fine.

Thanks again for your help!

You are right... there may be newer modules in the database that are not in the site files. As for themes, all the themes are there and accounted for.
