Blog Theme once again!

Hi

I have been playing with the excellent Blog Theme and have had a go at trying to get the site to sit where I want it!

It is not currently finished as I want to add images but it would be helpful if folks could go and have a look with various browsers and tell me what they think!

You can see the css at here. Please feel free to play with it. The coding was never mine anyway!

The site as I said needs finishing with images.

It can be viewed at Abi Studios.

Downloading a file

Hi

This is a totally bizarre question. So here goes:-

I downloaded a file which when downloaded gave me a folder called 'default'. In this folder it contains an xml file called tplset.xml and another folder called Templates which contains six folders.... contact, mylinks, news, system, tinycontent, xcgal and in each folder various html files.

So what is the question? I haven't a clue what I've downloaded and where I downloaded it from!!!

Any ideas?

I've done it and I see what you mean! I think I will carry on experimenting with the popcorn on the right and menu back on the left.

Hi All

Movies

The above site is an attempt to show some of my friends and mine home movies. I used Bassman's excellent Blogstyle again and also WF-Sections. I am pleased with the results.

Bit of advice. I would have allowed user registration and then they could submit their own but I am against anything pornographic, etc. so decided to not allow this. I have asked folks to contact me if they would like to submit at all. Do you think this approach will work? Or do you think it would be better to allow submissions through registration but set approval permissions?

Thanks Richard. I uploaded and tried Debaser but also uploaded and tried wf-sections and found that wf-sections is what I wanted! Thanks for the debaser tip-off though!

Hi

I am wondering what the best module will be for displaying movies/pictures?

I don't want to put the pictures in a gallery. Just have a page available for each picture.

Been playing with the theme for quite a while now and well I like what I have got. But would really appreciate others feeding back!

Do the colours mix well? Etc.

I know they might not be up to everyone's taste but if you don't mind getting colour assaulted(!) come over to Littlebigfoot.

I have to go out and it is not finished but can anybody tell me how I get rid of the box around the main menu, the welcome block and the wordpress calender?
