It's not a hidden feature, and it would sure be useful. In which module is this feature implemented yet ? so i could copy and paste some code or ideas ?
Keep me posted if you've already done the hack ; i would gladly integrate it in next version !
Wiwi 0.8 users can still use the same image manager with HTMLArea editor ; just download the "hacked" htmlarea class from here , till the dev.xoops.org htmlarea project delivers its first stable editors framework.
Hi; I've integrated Koivi as an option on Wiwi (since 0.7 i believe) ; but i didn't spend time on it to raise it to the same level as spaw or htmlarea : no uploads (neither images, flash or files). Same with FCKEditor ...
In fact, the editors will be externalized from Wiwi, as this should be a XOOPS resource. Check the Wiwi 0.8 pre-release (on a non-production site for now) , and related editor classes see this post
I am part of this this dev.xoops.org project aimed to design a XoopsWide editors framework, with easy to plug editors interface and easy to integrate feature within modules.
Hi Mercibe ; 1) i can't get the files from the link on your post (neither directly from sourceforge) : the zip file is corrupted when i get it . Got a clue ? 2) By the way, do these files integrate all the enhancements discussed in this thread ? Regards, Xavier
Wiwi 0.7 version now works fine with XOOPS 2.0.7 : as comments system expected $_GET array to be updated, and older versions expected $HTTP_GET_VARS , now both of them are set. (see the last lines of wiwimod/index.html)
This would be of great interest ; I'll be glad to integrate it on future releases. Get in touch with me for any question about Wiwi ; I think it would be of interest that you work on the latest release (0.7 not yet published --> i'll make it available for you) as there are some deep changes in index.php file ...
