I was wondering if XOOPS 2.0.5.2 the same as 2.0.6 RC?

If not is there a full build of XOOPS 2.0.5.2 for new installs? Or are we supposed to install Is XOOPS 2.0.5.1 and then apply the upgrade patch to XOOPS 2.0.5.2?

I am having this problem as well.

Installed a new rc6 XOOPS today and posted up to a newly created forum and I got just the subject line. I had to disable the forums.

Is there a workaround or a fix?
How many others are having this problem?

Other details:
The site is hosted on iPowereWeb. I have many sites on this service and all is well but the rc6

I tried changing theams and this did not help.

I am stuck.

I have seen this error when the php is not configured for xoops. in one of the configuration files for PHP you need to set global variables on.

1. In the php.ini, make sure that register_globals=on. You can check this by creating a test script with this single line of code:

<? echo phpinfo(); ?>

NOTE: The XOOPS core should work without changing this to ON, but some modules may not and thus will give blank pages. Turning on the debugging options outlined earlier in this page will help you track down which section or module is causing the error.
