Uploading file in NEWbbs

How do I upload and attach files other than .zip .gif & .jpg using newbb 2.02?

I am creating a business site and want to post minutes in doc and pdf formats.

I have been looking for a configuration setting but can not find one?

Ok here is what is going on.

Two diffrent pages are being served up by the web server.

if you enter the page with the flowlling link it is BROKE
-http://dev.xoops.org/modules/phpwiki/

if you enter the page with the flowlling link it is WORKING
-http://dev.xoops.org/modules/phpwiki/index.php/

what is intresting is that there is a directory named "index.php" in the URL

Please Note
if you go tohttp://dev.xoops.org/ and then click on the "Dev Wiki" on the left had menu, it takes you to the broken page with the broken links.

I am writing a new XOOPS module but I can not find any documentation on the methods and functions available to developers.

Is XOOPS going away? The doc sites are down and I can not find what I need.

Or am I missing something?
