I still have the same problem? I have overwriten all the files of the modules/newbb ... refreshed the module and it still gives me the same thing (doesn't show read msg's).. how is that possible?

yes, I did refresh the modul.. and I refreshed it again right now and still it doesn't work..

possible problems might be that I haven't overwritten all the files (but I don't know where to look to find out)

another problem might be that I haven't properly ran the two .php files.. for the upgrade (I ran them once in modules/ than in modules/newbb and than finally I found out that the correct place was /)..

other than that I have done everything as you described it..

maybe I can send you a copy of my installation and you can take a quick look at it.. I would really like to get that fixed :).. let me know what's good for you..

yes, I found that but it's for e-xoops and I have xoops2.. so it wouldn't work..

so if anyone can help me fix the problem with friend finder I would really appreciate it.. or if you know a module that works in a similar way that might be helpful too..

mpowell.. run it from the main dir /... not from modules/ or modules/newbb

samuels... I checked that and they are different but the folder.gif is the faded one and red_folder.gif the not faded one.. I replaced them.. and still the same thing..

maybe I failed to overwrite a file.. do you know which one it might be?

hi, I have the same problem with friend finder
it adds the profile fine but when I try to open it gives me a blank page.

I am running xoops2, I looked on modscentral but couldn't find the module you are talking about.. is it "neways" ?
I would really appreaciate it if you could give me an exacty link to download it.

I updated from newbb to the pro102 and it seems to be working great.. congrats..

Finally, I can delete only the posts I want.

I have a little problem with the read/unread postings.
I click and read a topic but for some reason the logo doesn't change to the faded envelope. Should read the topic longer or maybe it is going to change later?

Thank you again and I would really appreciate it if you could help me with my little problem :)
