I want anonymous users to be able to veiw certain blocks on the first (front) page they visit. Right now they can only see one block unless they register. How can I do this?

I get this error in my XOOPS homepage for the MS Weather Module

"Weather
Could not write to cache file. Please check if directory has read and write rights !"

When I select the MS Weather link it seems to work fine?

Also, where can I find the weather codes for Houston, TX?

Converting Templatemonster?

I'm looking for someone to convert a template from TemplateMonster for my XOOPS website. I'm willing to pay for assisance. Can someone direct me in the right direction? I'm some what of a newbie to XOOPS.
