How to change content on front page?

I want anonymous users to be able to veiw certain blocks on the first (front) page they visit. Right now they can only see one block unless they register. How can I do this?

You have to set the premissions. Go to admin/system/groups. There you can check which blocks to show and which modules your users (or other groups like anonymous) are allowed to see/use.
